The space

This property is very unique in that is shares it's location with our other rental home. In this Upper River House, which sits directly above the Lower River House (in the same building), you can enjoy approximately 2,700 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two common "living room's", open concept kitchen, dining room and laundry room. There is a patio and deck that overlooks the river. The spaces you'll share with the Lower House are large sized parking area, walkway to each home and hot tub. The property sits on 1 acre of land and has 300 ft of river shoreline, plenty of room for both homes to enjoy the outdoors.

One of the added benefits of this home is that it can accommodate large groups, inquire within on how to secure both homes for these larger parties.

You will have access to all spaces mentioned above. 2700 sq ft, 4 bed, 3 bath, kitchen, dining, 2 living rooms, laundry room, patio, deck, fire pit in the grass, hot tub (shared) parking area (shared), river shoreline (possibly shared).

Other things to note

We have TV's in almost all of the rooms. However, you'll need your own streaming service. The main TV has a Firestick with apps such as Youtube TV, AppleTV, Hulu, Netflix, Max, to name a few. You will need your own log in credentials to stream your favorite programs.

Please bring your own firewood if you would like to have an outdoor fire.
