Location
Access is off I-15 exit 240. Cooper Drive is gravel and goes up and over a large bluff northwest of the freeway and then comes back down under the freeway to the river. Cooper drive connects to River drive. It's about 10-12 minutes from the exit to the cabin.
Most of the property in this area was once owned by Gary Cooper. It's right in the river canyon about 6 miles north of Craig and 14 miles south of Cascade. This section of the river is below three regulated reservoirs on the Missouri. River levels vary within ranges that are fairly consistent for the season. There is lots of varied wildlife depending on the season as well.
Access is via Cooper Drive which is generally good. It is gravel and is narrow, steep and curvy in areas.
